Shipping + Handling

We ship worldwide. Delivery of orders is via courier. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods. If the product is upon request we need 15 days to manufacture it.

DOMESTIC ORDERs, SPAIN: Delivery times are 3-5 working days from dispatch of order.

International orders : 5-7 working days from dispatch of order

Shipping rates:

Spain: 6 euros. Free shipping in order above 150€ IntroducING Code FREELOVE.

All other EU countries, Canary Island, Ceuta & Melilla : 15 EUR. Free shipping in order above 150€ IntroducING Code FREELOVE.

Rest of the World: 25 EUR. Free shipping in order above 250€ IntroducING Code FREELOVE.

A MAR LIBRE insures each purchase during its time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, signature by the third party is deemed to be sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by A MAR LIBRE.

Taxes & Duties

taxes are included for EU countries. All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE SIZE OF YOUR ITEM IS NOT ADEQUATE, THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN MAKING A CHANGE, BUT FOR THIS TO HAPPEN WE HAVE A GUIDE OF SIZES ON EACH PRODUCT TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR SIZE WITHOUT DIFFICULTY. OR IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS WRITE US ATHOLA@AMARLIBRE.COM
